Launch, manage, and support MixWave

A clean guide for server owners and members. Use it to invite the bot, activate the server license, set up music panels, create tickets, and troubleshoot common Discord setup problems fast.

Add to Discord Open Dashboard

First Setup

Invite MixWave with bot and application command scopes.
Give the bot View Channel, Send Messages, Connect, and Speak.
Run /about to confirm links and plan information.
Run /voice-test before a live server event.

Dashboard Access

Use /dashboard in Discord or open the website dashboard. Server managers can adjust settings only for servers where they have Manage Server permission.

Owner Safety

Never share bot tokens, Discord secrets, Patreon credentials, Railway secrets, or database URLs. Support should only ask for server name, Discord ID, plan, and screenshots.

Patreon license flow

Choose Plan

Select Plus or Pro from the premium plans page.

Connect Discord

Link Patreon to your Discord user ID.

Activate Server

Invite MixWave to your server and run /activate.

Check Status

Run /premium and confirm the active license.

Each ticket opens a private channel for the requester and your selected support staff role.

Closed tickets save to the server's private log channel and dashboard ticket history.

Panel Modes

Use Dropdown + Button for most servers. Dropdown only is good for clean category selection. Button only uses Support Choice 1 as the default ticket reason.

Ticket Logs

Closed tickets save to the private Discord log channel and dashboard history. Customer-server ticket contents should not post to MixWave owner alerts.

Common Fixes

Commands missing: refresh Discord, wait a few minutes, or re-run command deploy if commands changed.
Music silent: check voice permissions and confirm the Lavalink node is connected.
Premium not detected: confirm the user has linked Patreon and activated the server license.
Ticket channel fails: move the MixWave role above member roles and grant Manage Channels.
Website links invalid: make sure URL variables contain only the URL value, not KEY=value.
