Refund and Subscription Policy

Subscriptions

MixWave Plus and Pro Server are subscription plans handled through Patreon unless another billing provider is added later. Patreon manages payment method, renewal, cancellation, and membership status.

• Plus and Pro unlock features through linked Discord account plus server activation.
• Canceling or losing active Patreon status may remove premium access.
• Extra server slots may be treated as add-ons or higher-slot tiers depending on the Patreon setup.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because premium access is digital and can be activated immediately, refunds are not guaranteed after access has been used.

• If you were charged by mistake, contact support as soon as possible.
• If activation failed and support cannot resolve it, a refund or credit may be considered.
• Patreon platform rules and timing may affect whether a refund can be issued.

Before Requesting Help

Run /premium and include a screenshot, your Discord user ID, Patreon tier, and server name when opening a support ticket. Do not share passwords, tokens, or private payment details.
