MixWave helps server owners build their own support flow. Ticket rooms, logs, and transcripts belong to that server's managers, not the public MixWave community.

Private by design
Public Panel Members choose what they need

Private Room Staff and member only

MixWave creates a private channel for the requester and your selected support role.

Private Logs Server managers review later

Open and close records go to your private log channel and dashboard history.

Create your own ticket panel, choose where ticket rooms open, and keep closed ticket transcripts for manager review.

For Premium Members

Plus and Pro members should include their Discord ID, server name, plan, and a screenshot of /premium.

MixWave creates a private channel for the member and staff.

Resolve

Staff uses screenshots, Discord IDs, and plan status to solve the issue.

Log

Closing the ticket saves transcript data to private logs and dashboard history.

Discovery is different from playback

Find Music

Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal, artists, genres, and playlists can help identify what you want to hear.

Play Music

MixWave still needs a playable source before Discord voice can stream it. Direct audio links, radio streams, and available Lavalink results are the safest live paths.

Report Issues

For music tickets, include the exact search phrase, selected result, voice channel, and whether the track was silent, skipped, or stopped early.

Need the bot in your server?

Invite MixWave, run /about, then use /dashboard to finish setup. For Pro servers, create a ticket panel after premium is confirmed.
