Information MixWave Stores

MixWave stores the minimum information needed to run the bot, dashboard, premium activation, playlists, favorites, settings, analytics, and support tools.

  • Discord user IDs, usernames, and server IDs.
  • Server settings such as music channel, DJ role, queue limits, premium roles, ticket settings, and panel branding.
  • Favorites, playlists, imported track references, and queue-related metadata.
  • Premium/license records such as plan, status, allowed server slots, Patreon/member identifiers, and activated servers.
  • Command usage, bot health, errors, playback failures, and ticket event history.

How Information Is Used

Data is used to provide MixWave features, keep premium access working, show dashboard settings, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

MixWave does not need your Discord password, bot token, payment card number, or Patreon password. Never share those with support.

Third Parties

MixWave may rely on Discord, Patreon, Railway, PostgreSQL hosting, Lavalink/audio hosting, and optional logging or payment providers. Those services may process data according to their own policies.

Data Requests

For help with account linking, access removal, or data questions, contact MixWave support with your Discord user ID and server name. We may need to keep limited records for security, abuse prevention, billing, and operational history.
